Common reasons that CastingDeck.com may deny or terminate accounts include, but are not limited to:

• Posting profanity, pornographic content, graphic photographs or descriptions of violent acts, or any other content which may disturb sensitive viewers and children
• Posting materials which promote hate, discrimination, or intolerance of any kind - Please, be respectful of all races, religions, sexual orientations, viewpoints, etc.
• Posting any materials which violate copyright laws, or information which violate the rights or privacy of any 3rd party.

As a condition of use, you promise not to use the Services for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms of Use, or any other purpose not reasonably intended by CastingDeck.com. By way of example, and not as a limitation, you agree not to use the Services:
